Pastor Gregg is celebrating his 29th year of licensed and ordained ministry. He is a 1986 graduate of L.I.F.E. Bible College at Los Angeles—now LIFE Pacific College—where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in Pastoral Ministry. He earned his Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary, in Pasadena, California in 1991, a Master of Theology (Th.M.) at Fuller in 1999, and a Doctor of Ministry degree (D.Min.) at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in 2008.

Gregg has served in a variety of pastoral and educational ministries. He was the founding Pastor of the Guadalupe Foursquare Church. He taught part time on the faculty of L.I.F.E. Bible College from 1988-1993. He has served numerous churches as a youth worker and Associate Pastor and has helped to train the lay leadership of Victory Outreach, an inner-city based denomination. He has published several scholarly articles and book reviews and written a variety of articles for more popular journals and newspapers.

In 1995 Gregg entered the process for ordination in the Presbyterian Church (USA). He was ordained in 1998 and was installed as the Pastor of the Tomales and Two Rock Valley Presbyterian Churches in northern California. In 2004 he accepted a call to serve as the Associate Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of the Covenant in Erie, PA. and was named as the Acting Head of Staff in August 2006. In December 2007 he began serving as the Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of North East, PA.
